La nota que voy a hacer es sobre una canción de Eminem llamada “Stan” que es el nombre de uno de sus fans, el cual le pidió a Eminem si podía usar su nombre en alguna de sus canciones y Eminem utilizo el nombre de su fan en esta canción, para representar a que nivel puede llegar un fan a seguir a su ídolo.

En la canción se ve representado como Stan (el fan de eminem) le envía cartas, y Eminem no le responde, y luego ve en las noticias que uno de sus fans tuvo un accidente de tránsito y su mujer estaba embarazada. Cuando Eminem está respondiendo la carta a este fan, luego se da cuenta que le estaba respondiendo las cartas a su fan el cual había fallecido.
Utilice este ejemplo ya que Eminem es mi figura favorita. Eminem en una de sus entrevistas corto el rumor de que esta canción fue un hecho real, si no que lo hizo para demostrar que ningún fans realmente quiere ser como su ídolo.

No. Stan es un personaje totalmente ficticio, basado en lo que podria pasa si te tomas muy enserio las letras de mis canciones. Soy lo suficientemente Cortes y Serio para decirle a los jovenes que al final esto no es como quieres ser. No quieres crecer para ser como yo. Cuando digo, "Salta de un puente de mierda o cortate las muñecas," no es realmente lo que trato de decir. Es una expresion.
Lo que quiero analizar no es la canción, ni este caso en particular, si no como dije antes la problemática social que trae consecuencias para chicos y adolescentes el ser un gran admirador de determinado artista o mejor dicho; Hasta que punto una persona puede ser tan fanático, tienen límites?
Al leer diferentes casos para realizar la nota, lei que una fan de “Drake” se tatuo el nombre de su artista en mayúscula en su frente. Los fans de los diferentes artistas con tal de que su artista crezca, gastan mucho dinero en discos, etc. En el caso de la muerte de Michael Jackson, algunos de sus fans se quitaban la vida. En la imagen podemos observar como una fan de Robbie Williams le pide que le firme el trasero para ella poder tatuarse el autografo, y en este ejemplo claramente se destaca que hay algunas personas que no tienen limites con respecto al fanatismo por su artista. Hay muchos casos para destacar con esta problemática social, y se ve reflejado todos los días, con los artistas del momento, por ejemplo: El caso de Violetta, una adolescente de 17 años que salió al estrellato hace dos años, la cual miles de chicas son admiradoras de ella, y su vestimenta y las cosas que ella dice influencian en muchas niñas.
En conclusión creo, que los artistas deberán tener mas cuidado y ser conscientes que son figuras públicas, las cuales tienen admiradores en los cuales ellos pueden realmente influenciar.
Como bien decís Lucía, este fenómeno de los fans es mucho más fuerte que nunca durante la adolescencia, esto obedece a causas más bien psicológicas sobre las que sería bueno profundizar. Pero en todo caso habla de la fragilidad de esa etapa de la vida en la que es necesario idolatrar a ciertas figuras (muchas veces de la música, pero no solamente), que son idealizadas y que funcionan como modo de pertenencia.
ResponderEliminarRespecto al lado del artista o de la "estrella" (pensemos un poco en esta palabra para ver cuán idealizada está la persona), hay algunos que debido a su obra se hacen famosos y luego tienen fans. Otros casos, como el de Violetta, son directamente fabricados para funcionar aprovechando este modo del comportamiento adolescente, son producidos para vender basados en eso.
Es interesante también pensar qué pasa con estos fanatismos ahora que la adolescencia cada vez dura más y más años y parecería ser el ideal de muchas personas, ser adolescentes eternos.
Diego estoy de acuerdo con lo que planteaste, no analice que se crean personajes para atraer a chicas (en el caso de violetta).
EliminarPor otro lado creo que la participacion de los adolescentes es fundamental para que la estrella crezca y al ser ahora la adolescencia mas larga genera que este tipo de casos no solo se vean en chicas si no ya en mujeres, lo cual lo considero agresivo, tener un "prototipo". No estoy de acuerdo con la idea de "Yo quiero ser como x" tanto fisicamente como con respecto a su personalidad. Y el hecho de ser tan fanatico de algo o alguien tanto en espectaculo como en politica u otros casos, genera este tipo de acontecimientos de que las personas no tienen control sobre sus acciones y no controlan hasta que punto pueden llegar a ser admiradores de alguien o algo
